It is with regret that the Executive Committee has to announce that due to the WDUAA being unable to agree satisfactory terms with the current owners that the  Association's tenancy at Cob House Farm will cease at the end of June 2010.

We are aware of the implications that this will cause, unfortunately, the Association has been left with no realistic choice.

A formal announcement will be sent to all club Secretaries with immediate effect and we would appreciate if you would cascade this message to your members going forward.

Matches booked until the end of June can proceed, however, all matches after this date may be transferred to an alternative venue including our new fishery at St. Clair's pools in Abberley. This venue is now available to all members with immediate effect.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause to certain clubs and individuals, however, as we have previously stated, the Association had no choice in this matter for many and varied reasons. I hope the acquisition of the new fishery will more than compensate for the unavailability of Cob House.

WILL ALL MEMBERS PLEASE IGNORE THE DISINFORMATION CURRENTLY CIRCULATING VIA INDIVIDUALS AND TACKLE OUTLETS THAT THE WDUAA WERE UNREALISTIC IN THEIR EXPECTATIONS FOR THEIR MEMBERS
